The Graduate School of Management at SPbSU offers the following programs:

1. Bachelor Degree program 080200 - Management

Duration of the program — 4 years. Program format — Full-time. The program graduates can work as managers and executives in various divisions of commercial and state organizations; otherwise they can continue their education at Master’s Program.

2. Master Degree programs 080200 - Management

You should have a bachelor or similar degree, all courses are in English, the tuition fee is $ 11 000 per academic year. The Graduate School of Management offers three Master Degree programs:

3. Executive Education

3.1 Executive MBA programs

  • Executive MBA program: Language of Teaching – Russian, Duration - 20 months of class work and 4 months to complete the final project. Two study-tours to the partner business-schools in Europe and USA Teaching format: 4-day modules per month. Classes from - 9:30 till 20:45. Classes start on: December, 01 2010.  The tuition fee is 30 000 euro. Degree: the MBA degree and a state diploma from GSOM St. Petersburg University.
  • Dual Degree Executive MBA program (joint program with HEC Paris): Language of teaching – English, duration - 18 months. Teaching format - 4-6-day modules once per month; 2 sessions of majors, 5 days each; individual assignments to be done between the modules; core courses are held in St. Petersburg and Paris; majors are held in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Middle East. The tuition fee is 39 000 euro. Degree - MBA degree and a state diploma from GSOM St. Petersburg University; “Executive Master of Business Administration” degree from HEC Paris and French Ministry of Education.

3.3. Open Programs

  • Finance for Non-Financial Managers – open program for senior executives, business owners and line managers with non-financial educational background. Five 2-day modules. The start of the Program October 22, 2010. Program dates: October, 2010 - February 2011.
  • Project Management: the art of strategic goals achievement – this open program is designed to deliver comprehensive knowledge and understanding of up-to-date modern project management methodologies and international standards PMI designed and promoted. Program participants earn 60 PDU distinguished and accepted by PMI (Project Management Institute). Three 3-day modules. The start of the Program December 02, 2010. Program dates: December, 2010 – February, 2011.
  • Resource Management in Turbulent Times – the two modules 4-day open program aimed to seeking valuable decisions to companies objectives through effective resource and business-processes managing. The second part of the Program is devoted to strategy changes execution in present-day world. The start of the Program February, 2011.

 

3.4 Programs for Managers of Organizations in the Social Sphere

  • Additional Educational Programs for Professional Retraining:
    General Management (Major Social Sector Management), is being implemented within the framework of the Presidential Program on Training Managers and Executives for the Enterprises of the National Economy of the Russian Federation.
    Healthcare Management, is being implemented within the framework of the Presidential Program on Training Managers and Executives for the Enterprises of the National Economy of the Russian Federation.

    Programs for managers and heads of healthcare organizations

 

4. Doctoral program

Full-time studies (3 years + 1 year abroad). Officially in Russian while the working language is English. The tuition fee is $ 7 500 per academic year.
